Recommendation to one doctor
 from his stupid
 student in the use of uddiyana bandha:
for best going away air in the exhalation
before pressing of stomach
stretch yourself -
ONLY,
where you feel pleasant and  nice,
slightly prolong this stretching
untill little pain,
and after you have to make too one  exhalation.
So you will be without air wholly
but at first you must feel realy
very very pleasant sense
wich you can  get deeper
with sound  mmmmmmmmmmmm
as in the awakening after dreem.
