I’m searching for the road to redemption
But my imagination is taking me places;
I’m remembering the familiar faces;
My brother for the sin of his action.
I’ve lied and did evil back in my day,
But I managed from going astray.
Unlike my brother who did shallow activities
And couldn’t stop his untimely declivity.
Haven’t seen you in 7 years;
Problems for you are know 7 fold.
Tears have been lost and the shedding of tears
Because of the stories that have never been told.
People do sin; some are forgiven.
Your price for redemption has been too great,
Paradise Island was never given
But by the good deeds it must be earned.
I’m sorry my brother; you must think I’ve forgotten you,
I have been keeping you close to my heart.
I would never imagine this would ever happen to you,
You made your mistake because you haven’t been smart.
