What Am I?
Whatever one may like me be,
I’m used to playing fancy games
And changing like waves of the sea;
As tough as Ram, as wise as Snake,
As meek as Sheep, as brave as Lion…
I’ll make, what one would have me make,
Yet, in a way, he mightn’t like buyin’…
I’m nice to Friend and cool with Foe,
One thinks me fat - I can ’come thinner…
I’m bad, as far as gossips go,
Yet, no one knows, what’s hidden inner…
For me it’s rather all the same:
I am a Spoiler and a Sinner…
So, thou mayst call me any name,
Yet, please don’t call me late for dinner!
