Everyday I start my journey
But to no where it leads,
Where the day takes me,
I don’t care
As long as I’ll get there on my two feet.
Many obstacles are in my way,
Strangest one is my self.
Because it is me who I should embrace
On the journey to this beautiful place.
People say that you cannot change the stars,
People say that you cannot change who you are.
I’m not trying to change who I am,
I’m just trying to be the best that I can!
So as I go along my journey,
I see the light at the end of the tunnel,
It’s burning!
I don’t know if I can make it someday,
It’s hard to do it by yourself
Without someone with you along the way.
Sometimes its is hard to go through the day,
Sometimes it rains to stop me from making them pay.
All those who don’t believe in me,
I’m trying to make them see
That it is not what they make of you,
But what ever you make of your own identity.
