When a recent love has gone,
I was left in the corner
With a dream of how much
I still admire you…

I never wanted or hunted for you,
Like I go crazy about guys.
In crossing our ways
We were nice and friendly.

When you invited me to go out,
I did a survey around my friends.
They advised me to agree,
So no you can ask me again.

I want to keep you near,
As long as it seems possible.
But I deserve some fun,
And I want to have it right now.

I will never consider
That you are my current boyfriend.
But as long as you are so close
This place will be always empty.

Next year I will transfer.
You will graduate even before me.
The future will naturally split us,
For now I am staying by you.
