Cadit s trip

Some days ago, in far-east seas
I was young cadit on the sail,
I woke with dawn & felt the breeze
& was involved in fiery tails
our team were looking for a dream
a tiny mirror above waves
we're catching pearls in south stream
when take from ocean bottle's maze.
There were some pieces of blue sand,
a couple of gems in rusty dust
& map with treasure of the land
Which hides between todays & past, -

The treasure Island! That's ambition!
So sweet as mix of pride & wealth,
mirage or juice without permissions?
But anyway it's our new mission
new snowy sails sings with the keel,
old sailors crying on their knees
& drunking priest grants all his bless.

Some days were past, some fish were cooked,
one poem written, one life ends;
in morning time we're sleep in looking
for quiet bay without tense.
We spent all round-shots for ocean
& sea-beasts, It was cheating bet
& when last chance sunk in emotions,
we found Island at sunset.
There was green grove near shore.
When we set our camp for night,
at evening fire I saw strange stories
about deadmen & red light.

Cool morning wind woke us for hunting
of pirate's chests & natives gold.
With worried minds & speed of lightning
my fellows dissapeared in fog.
I had not shrink from treasure's fear
& run to challenge with my crew;
We thought our happiness lie near
in every step we felt the truth.

In first day boatswain found basket
Of clear pearls with shine like peach.
Their honesty still steel, not lacking
from greed of fabulous rich.
We had great gambling games in Island:
there were big chest with gold in cave;
an ancient idol of undying,
with bloody gems & smell of grave;
a hidden box with cup of jewels;
old cannon, handfull of gold rings,
but none of thousands of layers
which full of precious golden things.

Our shovels rusted of hard digging
& corns became our rings for free;
our bird of luck had end its singing
& if someone was hate to flee
we're sure that's no treasure there
so after forthnight of mad rush
Cap called to back his dirty sailors,
ship casted of from empty stash

***

We were adventurers again,
with pure minds, with clear faith;
I thought our lucky bird was slain
& never meet us at my days,
But! Novice child, I've mistake
'cause treasure's not the prize but jail,
with gold our future trips will fake
& none of Winds will wings our sail
