smitten
harder at forty
than all books ever written
nearly ever written
with bad eyes that see too good
and john wilkes booth,s brain
without a bullet in the neck
but what the heck
nobody should so clearly see
eternity
and not fit in
not fittin
and misbeggoten
but gettin, what,s been paid
for a fast movin, kentucky boy
less than lovely
who lost his grip
