Анна Иделевич: литературный дневник

Dear Anna Idelevich:

The McNay Museum of Art has gotten back to us with the results of the “Call for Submissions for their Exhibit: " Robert Indiana: A Legacy of Love." And I am happy to say that after considering quite a high-quality group of over 250 submissions, they have selected your piece(s) as one of the poems or short prose pieces to be included in the poetry bot/literary arts aspect of this Fall 2020 exhibit. We encourage you to visit this exhibit at the McNay Art Museum. It is on view from October 15, 2020–January 24, 2021. Social distancing protocols, wearing a mask and other standards are in place to ensure the safety of all museum visitors.

The following pieces have been selected for inclusion in the poetry bot as part of the McNay Art Museum exhibit:

"Was Quiet on the Moonlit Path"

Congratulations! On behalf of Gemini Ink and the McNay Art Museum, we are excited your work has been chosen to contribute to the literary arts aspect of this exhibit. Your pieces are part of a "poetry bank" that visitors to the museum may access by texting one of these key words: "LOVE, AMOR, POP, ART, VOTE, SOLDIER, HOPE, LEGACY" to (830) 468-9600. Furthermore, you need not be at the museum to interface with this aspect of the exhibit! From the safety of your home, you can text the above number with a key word and receive a poem or prose piece delivered to your phone no matter where you are. Feel free to tell friends and fellow literary fans about this COVID secure way to receive some poetic and literary inspiration! We hope to see you soon at Gemini Ink workshops and/or free readings if you are in our area. Our mission is to inspire individuals of all skill levels to bring their stories to life, and we support you wherever you are in your writing journey! Learn more about Gemini Ink at: geminiink.org.

Thank you for your submission, and for collaborating with us to bring imaginative poems and prose into people's lives in safe and dynamic ways.

Best wishes,

Alexandra van de Kamp
