Sky is the limit, but who is to say?
Time and dimensions are mind's inventions
Rules of the game you will choose to obey,
Yet, every year you get more exceptions...
Arrow released doesn't look for the goal,
Hardly aware of archer's intentions -
Life may appear a purposeless crawl,
Yet, every year you see more exceptions!..
I like to think I know bad from the good,
Failing to see how much's left to perceptions...
Do what you should vs. do what you would,
Yet, every year we grant more exceptions...
Some say like wine we get better with age,
Best of us getting uncorked at receptions -
Wine needs a stage, but it's useless to sage,
Life is not meant to be read page-by-page,
Live in-between and enjoy the exceptions!..
